About Our Staff and Fleet:
- J and R Property Services owns, operates and maintains a fleet of 50+ lettered vehicles for snow removal so you know who is on your property.
- All of our plow operators are in house employees of J and R (no sub-contractors) and are on-call 24-hours a day during snow season.
- All of our plow operators carry mobile work phones and all vehicles are fitted with 2-way radios for seamless communication with our team.
- GPS tracking devices are installed on all vehicles and is viewable in live time by our office staff and managers for the fastest dispatch and response times.
- We maintain full-time office staff during regular business hours all year as well as during snow events. We pride ourselves in responding to every phone call and email in a timely manner.
- Regular updates are available directly from our managers via email and Facebook to keep our commercial customers up-to-date on snow totals, route progress and expectations.

Commercial Lot Deicing
J and R Property Services operates dedicated salting trucks to perform all of the lot deicing services that we provide. At our warehouse we have covered salt bins with stockpiled deicing agents to be ready at a moment's notice. We stock treated salt for when the temperatures drop below 20 degrees for when normal bulk salt just will not cut it. Our salting technicians are fully trained and know how to apply the appropriate amount of deicer for the conditions.
Whether you require a 'Zero-Tolerance' trigger or just 'On-Demand' salting services, our salters are on the job!
Walkway and Entryway Shoveling
J and R has dedicated shoveling and snowblowing crews to keep your walkways and entryways clear. Save yourself and your employees from the hassle of clearing our your walkways and have the pros take care of it!
Our crews also carry sidewalk safe deicer for those customers who request/require sidewalk deicing.
Off-Site Snow Relocation
Sometimes our winters can be particularly nasty and stacked snow can become just too much for a property to handle. J and R is well equipped to provide snow relocations services with our fleet of skid-steers and dump trailers. Keep your traffic flow moving, even when Syracuse wins the "Golden Snowball" again.
