Budget Billing is the solution to avoiding any spikes in your recurring service bills! Spread the cost of your recurring services over 12 months so that your payment is the same amount every month. This way you can easily set a budget with no surprises. There is no need to request or sign anything new each year. This is an ongoing maintenance program until you elect to cancel. Essentially it is a ‘set it and forget it’ service we are proud to offer our customers.

For example: During the fall you may be paying for 4 lawn cuts, a fall clean up, a gutter clean out and snowblowing all in the same month. This could potentially be a significant charge! But if you can spread that out over the course of the entire year, you will be paying the same overall (if not less with a package discount) with no spikes in your monthly payment. Know what your monthly budget will be beforehand!

Yes you do! We offer discounts on our packages for recurring services. With Budget Billing you can equally distribute your payments over the course of 12 months. No fine print! No interest! No hassle! Cancel at any time! Our streamlined billing process saves on our office time and saves you money in the end!

No! We still offer ‘pay as you go’ for all our services if you desire. If you want a simple one time gutter clean out and pay for it in full, that is perfectly fine. We will send out your invoice in full when the job is completed to your satisfaction.

You sure can! We will just adjust the remaining payments to reflect any new qualifying service(s) you have added.

Currently available services for packaging include: Weekly Mowing, LawnDroid, Snow Blowing, Spring and Fall Clean Ups, Perennial Cutback, Early Shrub Trimming, Gutter Cleaning, Lawn Dethatching and Aeration.

Simply pay for the initial service(s) at special introductory price and your new service(s) monthly charge will be added to your existing package.

Of course you can. We don’t want to hold anyone to a contract that they no longer need. All services rendered up to the point of cancellation as well as payments received will be allocated to account. You will receive a refund of any over payment of services rendered to the card on file, or any balance of services rendered vs. payment submitted will be invoiced and due upon cancellation.

Complete Transparency Commitment Note: Snow removal services can not be canceled for refund after 9/1 due to limited route space.
