Spring & Fall Property Clean Ups
What is a Fall Clean Up?
Frequency: Annually every fall, early-mid November
A fall clean up is the removal of fallen leaves, twigs and small branches from all turf areas, landscape beds and hardscape surfaces. This takes place in the fall after most (but maybe not all) leaves have been shed from the trees.
What is a Spring Clean Up?
Frequency: Annually every spring, mid-late April
A spring clean up is the removal of fallen leaves, twigs and small branches from all turf areas, landscape beds and hardscape surfaces. This takes place in the spring after the snow has dissipated. A spring clean up will remove the last remnants of last season’s dead foliage in preparation for the upcoming growing season.
Why are Property Clean Ups Important?
Property clean ups are unavoidable necessities to maintain a manicured property. Fallen leaves can easily smother turf, prevent proper drainage and provide a habitat for unwanted critters and disease. A thorough clean up will greatly improve your property’s appearance and vitality.
